The staff ensured I felt welcome. Ahmed at the front desk provided a smooth check-in with really good professionalism. I also greatly appreciated the attentive service and warm demeanor during dining.. It significantly enhanced the overall experience.
The extra charge for honeymoon detailing did not feel aligned with what I paid. The decoration could be improved. I expect a more elaborate setup with a higher price.

the breakfast had plenty of options. i found the tub and shower separate in the bathroom was nice. i appreciated this allowed simultaneous use by two people.
the couch had dirt i saw. the bed wasnt comfortable either.

The breakfast offered a very big choice. the location was really good right next to the canal pathway. i found the room nice, it had a super view over the canal. But i did not cycle.
the shower hand was broken, i have pictures. the room was very dirty and the furniture old. the bathroom smelled horrible, which i found unpleasant.
